Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to Human Health Recalibrated. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Services
Human Health Recalibrated offers training and wellbeing coaching to individuals. Our services are designed to provide guidance and support in achieving personal fitness, health and wellness goals.
User Responsibilities
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for the provision of our services.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
Use of Services: Our services are for personal use only. You may not resell, distribute, or otherwise exploit our services for commercial purposes.
Age: You confirm you are 16 years old or older. For persons under 16 years old, exceptions are granted based on a written parental consent. Persons under 16 years of age must be supervised at all times.
Health and Physical Activity: You confirm that you do not suffer from health problems that would hinder physical activity or prevent you from engaging in any physical activity, or that would be detrimental or adverse to your health, safety or physical condition should you partake in the physical activity. In case of any doubt, you shall seek advice by a medical doctor who should confirm the ability to take part in the activity. We shall have no obligation to perform a fitness assessment or similar testing to determine your condition. If an assessment is performed at Human Health Recalibrated, it is for the sole purpose of compiling comparative data in order to track your progress and not for diagnostic purposes.
Testing: All testing is conducted at your own risk, and the results are for informational purposes only. They will inform programming but will not provide a diagnosis. We reserve the right to refer you to specialists in a particular field if your symptoms fall outside our scope of practice.
Payment
Fees: Fees for our services will be as agreed upon at the time of booking. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Refunds: Refunds may be provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy, which is available upon request.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation: You have the right to cancel a call with a minimum of 2 days notice.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a call with a minimum of 48 hours notice without penalty.
Cancellation of programme: You may cancel your programme once it has begun, however no refunds will be issued.
Limitation of Liability
Human Health Recalibrated will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use of our services.
Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
You are responsible for any testing and/or device usage that may be incorporated into your coaching programme. Any damaged or misused devices/test kits will be charged at full replacement cost.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the amended terms.
Holiday
Human Health Recalibrated will be closed for a minimum of 5 weeks of holiday throughout the course of a calendar year. During these periods, we will ensure you have what you need to continue your progress. As such, any payments won’t change during holiday periods for either party. It will be possible for calls and messages to be arranged/responded to before or after the holiday period, and you will be made aware of these periods.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
